Before the pandemic I used to meet my clients face to face and had great results. The problem was, my clients come from across a wide area of Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire, some even stretching into North Wales and Yorkshire. You can imagine, arranging appointments was always a nightmare.
In lockdown, I had no choice but to meet clients online. I wasn’t sure how this would work, but to my amazement it worked brilliantly. Clients loved it and more importantly continued to recover at an amazing rate and the nightmare of arranging appointment simply vanished. Win/win all round.
